Protesters enforcing separation of powers

Anti-government protests rage in Iraq, 7 killed

A failed government is a government run on the basis of corruption.  The southern Iraqi protesters have figured this out, some how.  These are like the Lebanon protesters, they recognize the basic concept, corruption leaves government in unsustainable debt and ineffective. Hong Kong protesters have this nailed the concept, they are the true leaders.

The separation of powers law is a 'Been there done that'.  Long past deja vu, the cost of repeated volatility from the same government process gets well priced. In the long term, reform is observed to  pay off.
