Mueller clears Trump of trumped up charges, and Trump sends Barr t find out who trumped them up. Trump uses a trumped up dossiers to investigate Biden using the same methods he accuses Obama and Hillary, meanwhile Perry is doing the same actions Trump is hunting Biden for doing.
You cannot make this stuff up. Random noise would make more sense. (Random noise was my second choice in the election). This can only be a comedy as there are no dead soldiers, yet. It fits no other genre, it is self written, and has a beat to it.
