To be poor is to be bottle necked

Any of life's simple activities involve you waiting near the end of some long line.  Partly you do not know the way out of the congestion, you never learned. partly you gave up, it is simply not worth fighting a congestion that is never necessary.  Half the time it is because you were intimidated into drugs when young and never escaped.  I have seen all this, walked and watched people struggle. Some of it goes back three generations with drugs, no one really escaping.

Economists call it productivity, but it all boils down to congestion management, keep the chaos at the optimum value, enough to get some cummutative property and keep the community hologram going. Short cuts, get the kids out to work camp and pick up some cash; works great, simple if one could plow through the price takers.
