In conclusion of protein folding theory

Which I started elsewhere and will conclude here.

Protein folding is a Markov 4-tuple problem in which water is the fourth relative prime.  The lower three Markovs of the 4-tuple define sign and two angles of curvature.

Works great as a hidden 4-tuple problem. We can make a science prediction. The system is limited to the stability of water and it had a 3D Avogadro limit, and the fourth prime counts samples up fast enough to hit the 3D limit. Water will no longer be a neutral charge carrier and the protein structure collapses. This limit result in about 12 basic structural classes, or stable 4D nodes. Anything larger and water partitions itself. The pit boss goes broke.
