Yes to earmarks

McConnell in tough position as House eyes earmark return

In my government spending priority I have revenue sharing first. If not that, then earmarks.

But no more large programs that take ten years to stabilize. Given the long and large Fed taxes we face we will spend a good ten years dealing wit that.  Yellen will regret taking that job, it will likely shorten her life.

McConnell likes earmarks, as do many (not most) repubs. It is not really a partisan issue, it is more about getting money out of the Swamp without the huge bureaucracy the comes with.
