Today Russian oil traders need to deliver oil to India and China. Already they are allocating trains for tankers and pipes.
The allocators are the same bunch, Easter oil barons crowding around maps in the hardliners room at the Kremlin. Putin is going to hospital with a long recovery. The generals, whats left, will get the message and dither. We get a period of rule by committee.
They have to fulfill those orders from east, and that market grow and the payoff for expanded exports east is huge. It is going to be a comedy, Putin's Retirement'.
Imagine a bunch of Texas oil republicans plotting a middle east strategy to control oil production using US defense capital. Then Obama enters the room and says,'Hey, just export all the Texas oil and gas you want'. Called getting a clue.
