How does that conform to 'preserve a regulated militia'?
Seems to me the cartels are much better t handling bushmasters than your typical cow poke Texan. That is a Greg Abbot result, he did this, he funded criminal cartels to attack simple minded Texas cow pokes.
Greg Abbot is in violation of the Second, and we reserve the right to legally put him in prison using our regulated militia.
