Not much can go wrong

5-4: SCOTUS temporarily blocks new Texas social media law -- but three conservatives dissent

The basic is, can civil law allow publishers to be sued for under representation of their readers?

Can Redneck University, The  Betters Rag,  be sued for failing to print the secret betting formula of the sophomores in the college pool? No, the official college paper is contracted to write whatever they want.

But these justices and expensive lawyers are not there yet, the case so far seems to be about procedure.
