Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain and Kay Hagan, a Democrat from North Carolina, will seek to attach their proposal for a tax break on U.S. companies’ overseas profits to President Barack Obama’s jobs bill when it comes before the Senate. WSJ
This is an issue in which Senate mal-proportionment should have the Progressives up in arms. This would never fly through the Senate if California had its full complement of ten Senators. The whole thing is a bait and switch, a conspiracy by multi-nationals to buy the Senate after the cash accumulated.
