How is it that we can happily apply zero-tolerance rules to five-year-olds who bring butter knives to school, but not to full-grown sheriff's deputies who lie on official reports? And in what universe does it make sense to say that other deputies have lied and kept their jobs, so why shouldn't Genao?
Sell, gee Kevin. this is the same rule that allows the union to overrule a plebiscite on pensions in San Diego. Union rule is the very essence of his liberal dogma. The fact that Kevin cannot address the issue is what makes his dogma fraudulent, and likely unconstitutional. Kevin knows he is picking and choosing his union rules, keeping the one that favor his brand of liberalism. Liberals have the same problem with race, picking their chosen race of the day.

It is not that Dems cheat, it's that Dems think folks like me, with a little insight, do not notice they cheat. Dem liberals cheat publicly, and Kanosians make fraud part of economic policy.
