Handling Swift

Run the protocol through text reformaters to created Swift c compatible format. Then figure out its fundamentals to extract a good partition between root and branch, when viewed as a contract. Get its inheritability tree, in essence.

A fun project, something open source, they been there done that with XCB, I am not doing it. Developers get the standard stack to embed in various ways and banks get the standard Swift stack, in various forms. Very good idea.

Then add your contract lock layer.  Swift or Eth 2.0 using the Fedwire as the ultimate ledger. They both find niches in fiat banks.  Eth 2.0 should run fine with tax dollars used as gas. I set the fiaters free, go have fun.
