California does not do infrastructure

The proposal calls for purchasing 77 parcels that Caltrans had purchased for a project to extend the 710 Freeway. That project had been formally canceled in 2018, after decades of opposition from the community, with many of the properties remaining unoccupied for years.

Now it is a fact, California mainly makes pension payments. California is stuck, and that makes the Swamp stuck, we will have sudden stop. Probably a good idea, just stop and regime change in the government sector.
