In the end it may not matter, the Federal court system is a jammed up mess, thinks to bonehead conservative and liberal justices both. California will completely ignore the Supremes on this, and the Supremes are currently one of the worst set of boneheads we have in the Swamp, almost worse than the Repub welfare bums.
