Tricky issue

The Supreme Court appears really eager to force taxpayers to fund religious education

We cannot single out religion on shutdowns, we figured that out.  Nor do churches get exemptions for zoning rules on big buildings. But we cannot enforce a state religion.

Due process rears its head when we selectively eliminate vouchers for religious schools. I am not stating a position on this, it is one of the inherent conflicts in judicial law. i say let those idiots on the Supremes flip a coin, they have done much worse.
