Well organized militia for common defense cannot be trumped by right to bear. Arming teachers is OK,they will belong to a command and control system and be required for common defense. Bad teachers weeded out. Weapon power regulated.
Selling assault weapons to random kids does not fit the well regulated. Relying on the feds to bail your ass does not fit either.
We could fully expect a college criminal degree to include on campus shooting ranges, and armory under command and control, legal. ROTC is still valid. Even Boy and Girl Scouts can be regulated militia, not necessarily for the common defense though. Hunting is an entirely different aspect,since hunters are way regulated by conservation. They get grand fathered in, hunting clubs. We would not expect hunters to be trained for neighborhood patrol.
Government has the right to restrict up to the letter of the text, and we can make it so, politically. But, allowances under OSHA rules are fine, just like allowances for roller coaster rides. So, the shooting clubs, slewet clubs remain under local jurisdiction. Politically, I expect we will be enforcing the full text, if your gun is legal, the you are part of command and control and a chain of liability exits. If you are not part of the official Second, a recreation, then OSHA rules apply.
Repubs get with the new second, insure command and control of weapons.
