Militias exist today,  to the extent the  militia does not exist, the gun is not allowed.  Militia is a necessity in the Second. The fact that judges are idiots is a result of retarded judges who cannot read. Disunion is what we do when Supremes cannot read, like that Sotomayor.

Militias remain, they are needed for well regulation, not an option, a requirement. We need the militias so we can legally hunt down the NRA terrorists.
