Regulated militias defending us are everywhere

Private security, neighborhood patrols, school defenders.

All of them connected to a public command and control. Subject  to review.  The arms match the task, un-needed large caliber placed in secure armory. The militias are part of local regulations on arms, and the courts enforce all three parts of the Second.

Individual self defense rules apply, but we will review  your 'wheres and whys', denying you high caliber or repeaters, as needed. Arms match the task, you report for review.

If it is your hobby, keep the target pistols and rifles, the high caliber and repeater stuff remains under security at the gun club.

Simple, all three parts, get with the program as we are much better at this than any NRA nut, and we bear lots of arms
