The Second requires us to control hand guns via a command and control militia that is well regulated. If the gun owner refuses to participated in the Second Amendment, we take their gun.
Neither Tucker, nor that Instapundit guy have the legal brains to defeat the argument. We 'well regulate' all guns via the requirements of the Second, so that 'common security' from gun nuts is established.
Why did the founders add 'well regulated' and 'common security'?
Because they specifically wanted to avoid gangs of gun nuts running amok, especially gangs with guns threatening and intimidating commerce. The Second defends us against gun nuts like Tucker and the NRA, including most of the Daily Caller lunatics.
Our well regulated militia, even the private version, is allowed to get their guns from armory, meet and surround the home of an unregulated gun nut having sex with a steel pipe. Sort of send the guy into the woods with a bag of opioids. Bail bonds people are a well regulated, private militia, for example, and they chase dysfunctional gun nuts.
