Israel Officially Declares Bitcoin Is Not a Security
Just because something is a piece of paper does not define it any closer than a piece of paper. Digital tokens are the same.
If all digital tokens are securities, then this post is a digital token, send me a check, not.
The issue is the implied contract, not the medium. Being made of electrons, ink, rock, metal or mud is immaterial as long as the medium can imply a complete contract.
