Secretary of Educational Cash Bundles announced that No Chld Left Behind was a colossal waste of money and taxpayers got screwed. No news, we all assumed that gobs of waste results when the Dead Kennedy and that Republican Communist do a get together.
My simple fix:
1) Cancel the program entirely
2) Get a kid with internet technology fo assemble all the known certification tests into one format on the web.
3) Rate the various certification programs via peer review.
4) Whenever a kid passes a highly certified program, send him a government check.
Did anyone in their right mind think that central government could micro-manage education?
