The Obama Srategy

The White House today is again trumpeting it’s willingness to cut spending. President Barack Obama has already signed into law $4 billion in cuts for the fiscal year that ends Sept. 30, and officials say the president is willing to accept another $4 billion. WSJ
The White House is doing a trade off. Get as many two weeks budget cycles completed without touching his legacy, Obamacare. The idea is that the embedding of Obamacare increases with each Congressional budget cycle, if they leave Obamacare untouched. He has a chain risk, which is the capability of my Senator, Babs Boxer, to sustain budget management duties that are beyond her skill range.
