Yglesias sticking to his role

He wonders why politicians are not pouring more money into Washington DC and environs, after all he looks about in DC and sees the economy is wonderful. In his case it is not delusion, his boss is in DC and wants the money to go there, Yglesias complies  Reminds me of Felix.

Let me help out Brad and Mark:

From the Bernanke to your puny little jobs, there is 3,000 miles, no central bankling, no national capitals and a slow trickle.  The money also stops at  DC sushi bars,  Eric Cantor's district, the bankrupt state of Illinois, the pension fight in Wisconsin, Tennessee warmongering, and miles of open prarie. Things have not changes that much since 1860.
