My hyperloop is four feet in diameter. Two people get into the pneumatic pod and scoot along the tunnels at ultra high speed, with few sudden stops. They get some control on airflow, for the occasional U turn.
One variation has my pod picking up electricity and blowing its own electro fan, scoot around everywhere.
