Pretty clear the pensions are not making their quota, the municipals are on the tax prowl and no discretionary spending left at all. We are likely to see a gas tax reversed. Boomers are running from the problem out here, likely trigger a bit of local budget crisis.
The results are obvious, we have hundred thousand homeless, and we can only afford camptown. The unions have allocated all the government money including the future. Boomers are not that stupid, and are retiring ASAP.
