Covered California premiums set to rise 8.7%
It is those middle class folks who are buying two or three premiums at once, driving up the cost. That, and the 50,000 homeless waiting in line at the emergency room for addiction treatment. Just a few more years of double digit price increase and we will have the world's population of doctors.
