In the ladies who think themselves nice looking, and they generally are. On the drug, they do not get any stress signals anxiety about rejection. The reason is homeostasis isn't working, the hormone precursor system is flooded with neurotransmitter, no signal in the mix. Even keeping separated from the lady, any repetitive visit from, say a landlord, is misinterpreted. She is under the delusion of control.
So, they remain unprepared for about anything, change in life, even explicitly explained, never register, there is no emotional context.
