This is a secession issue

SACRAMENTO, Calif. --

The backer of an initiative to split California in three asked the state Supreme Court on Friday to dismiss a lawsuit trying to remove it from the November ballot.Venture capitalist Tim Draper wrote in a response to the court that there is not enough time to properly consider the legal challenge to his effort to divide the state.

Tim Draper is up against a California that want to secede.  The Csl Supremes are deliberately ruling to restrict federal rights, they are seeking a battle of secession.  

I suggest Tim give them the battle, take this to US Court.  At least we will resolve the issue, either California will agree to US rights guarantees or will exit the union, once and for all.  

Tim is better off knowing the future of Silicon Valley, one way or the other, then we can move forward.  We need resolution, I will take any result, as long as we get a result.
