Ruth Bader Ginsburg says deadline to ratify Equal Rights Amendment has expired: 'I'd like it to start over'

I doubt that any amendment is going anywhere. We, the people, have lost the collective intelligence needed to modify the document. We are afflicted with secessionists, many of us will to let the document fall by the wayside. Then, once AOC is involved, it becomes a 300 page nightmare of a document.
Instead of a founders intellect, we get Tom Cotton and AOC, sort of the dregs.
