Now, units of the Syrian Army and Iranian-backed militias are working to clear Mughayr, Kafr Jum Sharghi and nearby points from remaning members of al-Qaeda-linked groups. As soon as this is done, the Syrian Army will get a full control of the M4 (Aleppo-Damascus) highway for the first time in the approximately 8 years.

Which is why I still support Iran over the Saudis. I know the Saudis will generate blow back.  It is now commonly accepted in accounting circles to assume Repubs will fol this deal up. Trump is the perfect Saudi fool.
