Californians face a wave of local tax hike measures

The economy has been booming over the last decade, which has provided local governments with a windfall in sales and property taxes. Despite the economic fat times, California cities have been complaining about their dire economic straits, with some of them even fearing insolvency unless something is done to change the financial trajectory.

The Swamp is robbing the local economies of liquidity.  They are the same group, in the Swamp and in Calizuela.  Thanks to central banking, the Swamp gets first access to liquidity, and the super wealthy get super wealthier.

I still await AOC. What will she say when she discovers her progressives are giving away the store to the super wealthy. Will she choose ignorance? It is still an option, especially for AOC, she is good at it.
