Stimulus

The table is the list of spending for the new and improved stimulus bill.

The largest portion are loans to small businesses and  then unemployment insurance loans.

The third largest is state and local. This is revenue sharing, about a 2/3 a  point of GDP, rounded badly.

The revenue sharing budget that should be negotiated yearly and paid out of double spending. It is not even part of covid, it is the natural cost of imbalanced government structure and should be expensed with direct inflation.

In summary, Pelosi has to decide to take this or wait for Joe and go for the bigger pile.
