We go through the crackdown week for every hack. 

But in the end, the NSA  wants their back doors. Thus, all the data is subject to insider trades, the hackers and any of the data access folks do a deal and the NSA has no way of knowing who opened the barn door. 

The reason is that the open door reveals all the passwords, which the NSA wants aggregated in a single file with their own open door. The NSA will reject any security that connects to a secure ID.  This is the same reason the central bank currency can never be achieved, the NSA will want access to all the CBDC IDs.

There is no solution except more and more hacks. We have been through this for years, the hacks keep coming, it is impossible to get a deal in our lifetime. Congress is absolutely clueless about the problem. If Tim Cook cannot get the problem fixed then it will not be fixed. And lord knows he has tried.
