Democrats want checks, not infrastructure

Biden’s negotiations with Republicans are making some Democrats anxious

Democrats are weighing the costs of negotiating with Republicans on infrastructure.

The debate is really about another round of checks for local and state government. Dems now realize they were caught faking it with infrastructure week. In California, we gave up on choo choo and want no more of that crap. We do not build highways out here. We have pension obligations. I have no idea where Joe got all this infrastructure nonsense.

So, just send another round of checks, my vote can be purchased.
