'Time to move on': Infrastructure talks near collapse

Republicans have soured on negotiations while progressives push to move forward without the GOP.

Progressives had no plans to build infrastructure. All of us have one interest, sharing the tax base among the states and sending out a round of checks.  At least we are more truthful.
