So tell me that Ruskie is winning the war budget? Give me a ton of foam from dollar tree at a buck a sheet, and ten hobbyists and I can produce a hundred of these at less than five hundred each. I can afford to make them suicide UAVs easily enough. Another hundred bucks and I can make them guided. Another hundred bucks and I can make them autonomous killer drones.
