Stupid cop murders person in broad daylight with the video camera rolling. North Charleston has a population of 100,000, so the $100 million law suit comes to about $1,000 for each person, or $5,000 for the typical family. Then stupid cop plants evidence, add another $50 million.
Forget about it, the population may as well start moving elsewhere.
