"Do you have a crystal ball?" asked Nancy Waymack, San Francisco Unified's executive director of Policy and Operations. "Information is what we need right now. We would like to know the ground rules. That would be nice." SF gateReminds me of an essay by a State College prof. Everything was very clear as long as California obeyed CALSTR rules. Educators cannot step out of the box and get a realistic model of how California works. Even when your job in the Cal State system is to actually step out of the box and make theory.
So we end up with brainwashing, educators who are unable to educate us on how California works because of Union Rules. This entire mess was corruption, educator union deliberately deceptive with NCLB, Gray Davis, the teachers cartel in DC, and Gubinator. Teachers swooning over some fat slob of a drunken Irishman, then discovering a year later they screwed themselves.
