LA Times Joining with counterparts from five other states and the District of Columbia, state Atty. Gen. Kamala Harris has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the U.S. Supreme Court implicitly arguing that California’s ban on racial preferences by state universities is unconstitutional.

Yes we know, racial apartheid is the platform of the Undemocratic Party. But who are the minorites Kamala wants to favor? They are not Latinos, who now hold a plurality, in not a majority. Certainly not Anglos since the California Undemocrats have hated Anglos for 30 years. The leaves Africans and Chinese, mostly. with a few splattered here and there. Just to point out that Kamal is both unable to read and unable to count, here is the ruling she favors!

The brief filed by Harris and the other attorneys general sides with supporters of affirmative action in Michigan who persuaded the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals to strike down that state’s ban on racial preferences -- a clone of Proposition 209, which was adopted by California’s voters in 1996. Like Proposition 209, Michigan’s ban was the result of a voter initiative to amend the state constitution. The 6th Circuit said that Michigan’s ban on racial preferences was unconstitutional because it “reorders the political process in Michigan to place special burdens on minority interests.” The court explained that although supporters of preferential admissions policies for athletes or the children of alumni need only lobby school officials, advocates of racial preferences would have to organize a lengthy effort to amend the state constitution.

First, the 6th asserted the rights of minorities to be racist jackasses. But the key word is minority, Kamal, that means counting numbers, remember grammar school? You, being the simple idiot that you are, are advocating that Chinese and Africans have a right to racially suppress Latinos and Anglos.

Kamal argues for the legality of racial supremacy, with Latinos and Anglos at the bottom of the racial caste system. Kamal Harris should be removed from office for stupidity and inability to count and for being an incredibly ignorant lawyer. So here is a slam dunk lawsuit, worth millions for any lawyer. Pick one of the 15 million minority anglos and sue this lunatic for civil rights violation. Take the stupid California government for everything you can get. Make it a class action, we can even get the latinos on board as they become, like anglos, the repressed racial group according this this idiot.
