Justice Scalia is not feeling well

ZeroHedge: Scalia went to bed Friday night and told friends he wasn't feeling well.

But he remains, as ever, the astute justice he is and will be carted to work in the morning.   Sotomayor ruled that a sign of life is not warranted since it would have been done otherwise.  Robert's ruled he was still a person, as the common language refers to human forms as persons.  Kagan ruled that government can grant equal access to the disabled suffering perfect stillness syndrome.
