A remarket for payments due

Business to business exchanges are not simple, sometimes involve regulations and payment scheduled for large amounts. Backgound:
Addressing the global problem of late B2B payments will likely take a combination of technology, regulation and behavioral change. The issue is a complex one, factoring in suppliers’ struggle to accept payments other than sluggish checks, corporate buyers’ unwillingness to pay faster in order to hold onto capital longer, the challenge for regulators to enforce their late payments policies and more.

In an escreo router, the invoice can sit in as bearer asset, all the parties have thumb printed,  the protocol allows resell of payments due.  So, now the seller of goods can automatically dump its payment due to a new third arty and exit the contract. Notaries will track whose been naughty and whose been nice.

It works as follows.  I want to dump  a payment due for cash, and myn notary knowshow to find a buyer out of band, and we get thumb print replacement in the protocol, under pipeline control.
