A kakistocracy (/ˌkækɪsˈtɒkrəsi, -ˈstɒk-/) is a system of government which is run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens. The word was coined as early as the 17th century.
I wanted Noise for president, but Noise could only win by random chance. So I voted libertarian and do admit to secessionism.
I don't remember any kakistokes running, but the kanosians were everywhere, and both parties spouting Walrus Mantra. It was all a blur of insiderism.
