Legislative rights to steal with a majority vote

Police Seized Property of Close to 1,000 People in Michigan—Without Ever Convicting Them of Crimes

The legislature by majority vote in a mostly proportional legislature agreed to steal stuff from voters.  That is a Warrant, a right for the government to take stuff, it has voter approval.

Other citizens had choices, mainly to leave Michigan which many did.    The citizens of California have the right to assisted suicide with legislative approval.  The citizens of Michigan have a similar right to be robbed by police with legislative approval.

Anyway, that is one argument, and a powerful one.
