Sotomayor vs 4th

What is unreasonable seizure if the legislature granted the executive broad powers?

The legislature, by its existence, has guaranteed free assembly.  If the legislature grants race quotas, then so be it, Due Process has been done.

The 14th amendment requires states to guarantee the 4th, and that has meant right of appeal and review boards and administrative law judges, a very expensive process.

Sotomayor has a point, but the point is deeper. The problem comes from separation of state and federal, and states are notorious for grabbing property with corruption.
