The lazy JSON attachment

Called lazy for a reason,l there are a lot of implicit op codes and implicit null keys.  The attachment otherwise, is a grapg database, storing data as plain JSON text files. The 100 lines of executable represent a standard attachment. It is asynchronous, the attachment can be a console typist.

Look up table can be an entirely separate attachment, called with a step through.
