Killing  distinct human being is protected under common defense. Cops do it, private citizens do it, we kill toddlers and old women in sefl defense, legal and happens all the time.

If not, then screw you Desanctus. You are trying to make a Ghost and Goblin story about a clear distinctive right in the Law, we have the right of self defense, appears in at least two of the amendments if not three.
