Like the Fed tax

Will Public Pensions In Illinois — And Elsewhere — Crash? Here’s What Will Make The Difference
Put another way, the fiscal responsibility advocacy group Truth in Accountingcalculates that the city’s Taxpayer Burden is $39,400 per taxpayer, up by $2,300 from the prior year. In its January calculation, only New York City fared worse, and this as an apples-to-oranges calculation because the debt for the city’s teachers are not included in the Chicago’s, but are included in New York City’s financials.
Each year an arbitrary tax is applied to the middle class.    The tax is doubly re-enforced by the Fed whose main purpose is to keep pensions valuations full.  Result: More Antificants.

This is the standard 'No taxation without representation'
