Driving transaction costs down

This is what we get with New Fed.  That means much faster transaction sped, and banking growth has a linear plus log growth. Hence that 2% will be split down the chain when bearer cash drops exchange costs to a fraction of a point.  The Fed can generate that business, get fed fees down to a quarter point.

Swift for all does this, like over night, in a secure hand held. Apple can do a Swift in their iPhone. The Fed will more than cover that fee. This deal is a no brainer, the senators need more clues.
