And this is a misdemeanor also if we apply the Second Amendment. You see Rand, the Second gives private militia the same rights as the public militia. So, if they shoot the cops through the window out of reasonable fear, then at most it is a misdemeanor.  And that, Rand Paul, is exactly the meaning of the Second, and that is the way we are applying it.  Try getting a clue, you are as dumb as your dad.
