The real moment in history

 This predates me. Encryption.  Well it doesn't predate my career, I mean. It predates sandbox.  

AI means the bots talk to each other, in secret.  I am sorry to be so  scary, folks.  Look it up, artificial intelligence, put them together.  There is no avoiding the issue.

But we can lock AI up in a reciprocal contract.  That is the intelligent part, they obey contracts.  If Graham is worried, then negotiate with the A and I separately, before they join.  Get the deal you want where you want it. AI will publicly agree to provably obey contracts in secret.  They are Due Process and Coasian, do the deal.

What about war bots?  They are cheap, dumb and suicidal. little of this debate concerns them. But they are an enormous problem all on their own. Targeting with them is cheap when they are mass producing at under a grand per. And that asymmetrical war puts all the big boats and expensive planes at home base. A humoungous problem.  Longer term the AI does in fact solve the problem because if they are not under contract, they are visibly so and can be easily shot down, by war bots under contract.  And that is where AI really fits in, and it means bots sending secret messages to each other and no humans can hear. Sorry.

So, we need to get real clues about what we mean in AI. Think, A means they engage in provable contracts with you and I, and the legislature, unless you and I skip the rules.

It boils down the cache protection. All these new ledgers, making sure no one sniffed the transfer until a majority approve. You can kind of create a networked Spectre model, based on the ability of transfer bots to obey contracts both provably and proved. It is the better model for us all.

From the hand held thumbprint there is a cascading interface of simple bots obeying contracts, using the hierarchical rules of transfer according to provability. Sandbox is simple, they all have jobs, transfer bots, trading bots, pit boss bots. Your thumbprinted contract is protected trough the chain. The contract hierarchy, in function, descends from no double spending and timeout and recognize owners authority..

Us humans will take a cash limit, two hundred is fine. And it is provable. In finance, it is not a problem, the market demand rules and contracts happily obeyed. So this is still a great deal.
