I does not matter if Ruskie got in the network, it only matters that your communications through the network are secure, and your repository of data is securely encrypted. So, in the event of a network breach, just make sure each of the participants needing access have their secure personal ID validated and or updated at the foundry.
Our NSA has it backwards. They keep adding more holes to protect the one they keep, like socialists building an ever complex layer of machinery to fix the previous layer.
